My two youngest kids absolutely love this for their daily sight word lessons. We were using the "good and beautiful" and took a pause to try this. I love that the illustrations are well done, brightly colored and appealing to kids. The tracing is done right, and the included pens work well. My kids like to find all the words and they like to shout it out then cross out what they find. This is a very engaging and fun learning activity for the kids. I only wish the words used, would match the items, example: all the cards have a theme, like baking or toy store, the words are embedded in items in the picture, but they don't match the item... car should say car, not song, or the word boy on the blender should say blender. It does work however, so not a big deal. Would recommend for kids 4-8 years old.

I got this for my son who's in kindergarten and has been learning sight words. He was so excited when it came and immediately wanted to open it up and play with it. It's basically a 12 dry erase hidden picture puzzles, but the hidden item is a word. I kind of wish some of them required my kid to read it and then find the item, as he often just matches the shapes of the letters without reading the word. Because of that the game does require some adult interaction to ask the kid what word he's looking for. The pictures are interesting and engaging, and the words are all at the right level. He can only read about half, so it is fairly challenging him. I like that it includes an extra dry erase marker too, as well as having a cloth to wipe it down and an eraser on each marker. It's a really high quality game that would make a great gift for a kid around 3-5 that's learning to read.

This Search & Find Sight Words set is such a fantastic learning tool! The colorful, reusable mats make practicing sight words fun and my grandson loves searching for and circling words with the dry-erase markers. The fact that the mats wipe clean easily means we can use them over and over again, which is a huge plus!I also appreciate that this set helps build important reading and observation skills in an interactive way, keeping my grandson engaged without screen time. It’s well-designed, easy to use and perfect for reinforcing sight words at home.Would highly recommend for kids ages 4-7, whether for homeschooling, extra practice or just a fun educational activity. A great gift idea too!

My children ages 5 and 8 have really enjoyed this search and find set for busy work during school days! We homeschool and this is v a great addition if you are looking at it. There is enough variety to not get bored and the choice of sight words are prefect for this age group. The sheets are large in size, as well as the markers (which work well!). We have been very pleased with this product!!

I got this Skillmatics "Sight Words" set to use with my granddaughter when she turns 4. She loves doing every "Search & Find" activity she can find! At age 2, she was already working through the first "Find Waldo" book. Now, she loves her "Find Bluey" book. So, I thought this set would be good for teaching her how to identify some simple words. There are six, colorful, double-sided sheets that provide 12 different "activity themes" for children to do their word searching. I like that this set has erasable mats/sheets that your children can play with over and over again until they have mastered all of the sight words on each sheet.This Skillmatics set is very well made. It should last for many years, so I anticipate that it will eventually get handed down to my new grandson after he turns 4! The only reason I deducted 1-star was because I was so disappointed that too many of the words have little or nothing to do with the theme of any particular sheet. IMO, someone should have thought longer and harder about which English words to place on each sheet! For example, the "Birthday Fun!" sheet has a birthday cake and a dog on it, but the words "cake" and "dog" are nowhere to be found! Instead, it features words like "off", "under" and "both", all of which have really nothing to do with kids' birthday parties. Similarly, the "At the Beach" sheet has plenty of sand on the beach and the sun is shining down, but the words "sand" and "sun" are totally lacking. Instead, the beach sheet has words like "thank", "as" and "have" on it. Although those 'unrelated' words are still useful for children to learn, they don't have anything to do with a trip to the beach! I just think the usage of specific words on each sheet could have been better thought out!

My child is a new reader and I LOVE these activity boards to help reinforce sight words. The pages are extra large and colorful. The dry erase markers work super well and this is such a good way to practice connecting words to what they are. Skillmatics has so many high quality learning toys and this may be one of my favorites.

This is my second search & find item I have for my kids. The first one I got as a gift and that's why I ordered this second version. It's a great way to help your kids learn some new words while also having fun (at least my toddler really likes to look for things). The markers work well and as long as you erase right away (don't let the marks just sit on the sheets for too long), it comes off very easily.

No enough sheets since once kids identify where the words are, its done.
