From Best Friends to Business Partners
We met at the age of seven and became best friends after going head to head in the second grade spelling bee. After using Skura sponges since 2019, I can confidently say they are worth every penny. Everyone knows how gross kitchen sponges can get - they start smelling funky, fall apart, or just stop working well. I've tried pretty much every brand at Target and that I found online before finding these.The scrubber side is seriously impressive. It tackles stuck-on food without scratching my pans, which is exactly what I need since we often deal with stuck-on messes in our kitchen ("I'll get to it tomorrow..."). The regular sponge side holds up really well - the material doesn't disintegrate into little pieces or easily rip.But the best part? These genuinely don't smell. Not after a week, not after two weeks. Even after being left to soak in nasty water or whatever was just wiped off the counter. That alone makes them worth the higher price tag compared to regular sponges.Minor nitpick: The "S" indicator that tells you when to replace the sponge does fade a bit faster than it used to. I've adapted by just waiting until I can barely see the center of the S before switching to a new one.Yes, they're more expensive than basic sponges, but I'm not constantly replacing them due to smell or deterioration. Sometimes spending a bit more actually saves money in the long run. These sponges are great. Cheese doesn’t stick to it and it gets pots/pans clean without too much scrubbing. Lasts longer than other sponges. Once the black markings start to fade you know it’s time to replace.

These sponges are great. They last for about 3 months based on average daily use. They are resistant to odors and can be placed in the dishwasher to be sanitized. I order these twice a year and bring one with me when vacationing in rental cottages.

After purchasing a variety of sponges from every price point, I can definitely say that these sponges are worth the price and deliver on their promise. They've cleaned every surface I've thrown at them effectively and efficiently. Cast iron, stainless steel, porcelain and wooden and they have not torn, split or crumbled after a month of use. They haven't damage any of the surfaces they're been used to clean and nothing stuck to them (cheese, eggs, oats, etc.) They clean easily with plain water. I'm happily satisfied and will recommend.

These are the best sponges I’ve had. The scrubber side gently removes stuck on food and food rinses right off the sponge . The soft side sudses up well and glides over dishes and glassware. It dries quickly with no odor. I pop it in the dishwasher every few days. I’ve been reusing one for about 4 weeks and it still works great. Rinse well and let it dry between uses. When the colors on the pattern begin to fade it’s time to toss it.

I like the sponge and the scrubber. But no matter whether it’s laying down, standing up, tilted to dry, it rarely dries. While it says it has antimicrobial properties, not drying, means bacteria to me. Sorry, won’t order again.

Mir gefallen die Schwämme in der Handhabung sehr gut. Jeden Schwamm nutze ich ca. 3 Monate und es hat seitdem noch nicht einmal gemüffelt. Habe jetzt den letzten Schwamm aus der Packung genommen und bestelle nun nach. Schade nur, dass es keine rosa-farbenen Schwämme gibt. Die würden sehr viel besser zu unserer Küche passen. Generell wäre es top, wenn man einfach 4 von einer Farbe kaufen könnte.

Really like these. Last a good mount of time and like the fact the pattern disappears notifying of time to change. Expensive but worth it
