thought it would be greenish like the pic, it was paler yellow, has small scratches out the package, the packaging was a bag in a long box so i think it was tossed around, compared to my over year old one with mine at the bottom in the first pick, in second pic you see the screw tht came with was like a mm smaller than mine, and looks slightly bent, after that the middle part(also pale yellow when the item pic was green) is off centered and sticking out, last pick is the part where the hair will go and its all uneven and crap, going to make it hard to make a plug that shape, it did not come with the wood pieces like one guy in the questions/answers section said, i was already having a bad day and now im just disappointed

This is a functional frog with what appears to be a crack free piece of wood. It comes with wedges and a plastic tip replacement. It has freely moving screw and appears to be intact. However there is a place where the shiny finish is not intact, giving a black irregular spot. Other than cosmetics it is good.

The wood had several splits. I was able to repair some but not all.
