This is exactly what I needed to fix the bump steer on my K5 Blazer with a 4" lift and 35" tires. For a 4" lift, DO NOT RUN THE RAISED STEERING ARM! Buy this instead! The raised steering arm causes bump steer. This Dropped pitman arm places the drag link at the same angle as the lift leaf springs which allows them to move together.

Well, my factory pitman arm stripped, and left me stranded. I found out the hard way there are no replacements local at any parts stores, and found this on Amazon. My truck has a pretty serious lift, 40x18x15 tires, and never steered well since I got it. This part helped tremendously with steering response as soon as I put it on, and I would recommend the steering arm that goes with it if you truck has a pretty decent lift. I would buy this product over and over again instead of investing in the one piece steering assembly. It allows me to buy local parts instead as they wear out and still maintains proper steering angle. I am very happy with this purchase, and it is cheaper here by about $20, even with overnight shipping.

I used this on my 87 K5 Blazer that has a 2 inch Rough Country lift. Before installing this drop pitman arm, the truck would wander and had some bump and brake steer. The drop pitman arm gets the drag link back to the original factory angle which elminates those problems. Very happy with the result.

I bought a 75 K10 with a 6" lift and 35" tires. It already had a raised steering arm, dual steering stabilizers, and all new suspension and steering components, but it wasn't enough to eliminate the wandering otherwise known as bump steer. The steering link was still at a severe angle. The addition of this dropped pitman arm didn't get the steering completely level, but it eliminated the bump steer. I was even able to remove the stabilizers which were making contact with the diff cover and limiting steering travel. The truck now drives with no steering issues, at least on the street anyway.
