easy installation. no need for ground wire, so capped it with wire nut. works great so can set for 30 minutes crawl into bed and not have to get up to turn it off. love it!! high quality.

The buttons are big. You can operate the panel without having to look at it. I would recommend and buy again.

Added these switches to two of our existing gas fireplaces that had millivolt control valves. The installation of the switch was straightforward. The threading of the control wire through the inside of the stud walls into the back of the fireplaces was very difficult. I used a camera on the end of a long snake to help. One fireplace switches on reliably. The other is a bit less reliable in coming on - but do not blame the switch - the thirty year old thermopile is weak. The price is a bit high but it was the only product that seemed to fit the project. Very happy with the results and would certainly recommend them to others.

Purchased the wired timer - Installed very quickly and easily. Worked exactly as expected, although there was no light indicating which timer button I selected. But the timer shut the fireplace off based on the time button I chose. All I really needed to ensure I don't forget to turn off my gas fireplace (which I've done in the past on several occasions)! Would have given it 5 stars except the high cost for a seemingly simple wired (not wireless) device.

This is a perfect solution so you dont leave your fireplace on for long periods. Easy to install. I swapped out a standard wall on/off wall switch for this.

This is for the TM-3 WIRED switch. Worked fine for 5 months but then became erratic in turning on fireplace. After replacing batteries the fireplace would not light even though the LED turned on brightly when pressing a button. After about an hour the fireplace turned on without pressing the on buttons. I cannot trust it now at all.

Very easy to connect. Comes with little black box to learn the code to the remote. Would buy again.
