Before I found these, I was using a 4 foot step ladder and two pipes to hold my spools. Now, I have two of these. I just spent the last two weekends running 1000 feet of Siamese cable and 1000 feet of Cat-6 cable for surveillance cameras. It was fantastic to have one wooden spool on each for such a long run. Light weight, without the spools of course, and it folds up nice for transporting and storage.

I ordered two of these and one came in perfect and has made my job a lot easier the other came in damaged and the box was damaged also. No complaints about the one that was delivered in one piece.

Very sturdy and we'll built. I definitely would buy again. I recommend this item if you need to pull wire from a Cat5e/ Cat6 Cable 1000' Spool.
