One thing I like about this harness is the easiness to put on and take off. Other than that it works great.

The padding for your shoulders feel great and comfortable when pulling. I have had this product for a while now and it is still usable, still works. I would shop around for others that may fit you better or what you are looking for in a sled harness, but I do recommend this one. Try not to over do it and always train safe.
