Such a nice option as a child's nightlight or "tot clock". It's soft, squishy, feels nice, and easy to program via app. It worked solidly for us so far, so I don't have any idea how good the customer service is though.

There was no instructions.There is a QR code to download app.The app is in Chinese when you first log on. Had to use Google translate. So security is a consern possibly.It is bright, With out the light on, just the clock digets are to brights it lights up the room and my 2 and 6 yr old wanted it off.The lights that is supposed to be dimable on top only turns the light on and offThe app supposedly lets you change the brightness for the colors (not the clock face that's also to bright) But did not work for dimming so the app or the item is the issue.... Not sure.The app did let me set the time and switch from yellow to white light. As well as adjustable time fort The green/yellow lights to be onIt has 3 alarms you can set. but not for a set time for a nap.... So every day I have to manually change it in the app if I was going to use it for naps. If you have a set nap time this wouldn't be a problem but here it's annoying.We will be returning this item ultimately because the clock face is to bright. But even if this was fixed there are still issues with the app.

This is such a cool nightlight! The instructions are easy to follow for manual settings. The bear itself is squishy and cute. It has two different light colors: cream or white. There is a button on the top to dim or brighten the light. It comes with a short cord, but no ac adapter block. The app does not have very great reviews, but it can be used without the app which is useful.

First impressions on unboxing this was that it's actually quite cute and bigger than I expected, but that impression went downtown pretty quickly.Pros: cute design; app connected right away and set the time correctly; setting alarms from the app is easyCons: I had to agree to something in Chinese to gain access to the app...; the USB cord provided is too short to be of any use (maybe 4 inches long), there are no alarm sound options or volume control, it's some weird intermittent beep that is too quiet to wake my daughter.Overall, the cons override the pros on this one and I'll be looking elsewhere for a smart alarm

This was honestly a disappointment. It’s nice being able to set alarms through an app, but that’s literally the only function of the app. (aside from changing the light settings) There’s just two colors that aren’t very bright and the battery life is lacking.

Works great for kids to help with learning time. Just started using it. Glad we got it before daylight savings ends to help the little guy.

My 5 year old loves this clock. She takes it to bed and uses it to know when to get up in the morning. Pretty easy to set up.
