This is a Christmas gift for my granddaughter so she hasn't seen it yet. The colors are bright and the unicorn pattern cute. I showed it to her mother and she loves it.

I REALLY LIKED THE IDEA OF THE SLEEPING MAT/BAG BUT THIS ONE IS SUPER THIN. FOR YOUNG ONES IT MAY BE FINE ON THE HARD FLOOR BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR CAMPING, HIKING OR BACKPACKING. I WOULD SUGGEST IT BE USED WHEN IT'S VERY WARM SUMMER NIGHT IN THE BACK YARD OR SLUMBER PARTY IN THE HOUSE. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT IT WILL KEEP A CHILD WARM AT 50 DEGREES.THE PATTERN IS VERY CUTE. THE COLORS ARE VIBRANT & EYE CATCHING. I LOVE THAT IT COMES WITH ITS OWN CARRY BAG. THE MATERIAL IS SUPER SOFT ON THE SKIN. OVERALL, IT APPEARS WELL MADE AND WILL MOST LIKELY STAND UP TO MANY YEARS OF USE. THE PRICE POINT $15.99 SEEMS REASONABLE FOR A BAG/MAT OF THIS QUALITY.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACTUAL CHILD'S SLEEPING BAG, KEEP LOOKING, THIS ONE IS NOT IMHO A CAMPING SLEEPING BAG.

This is a nice sleeping bag, especially for a young boy. It definitely does not have high levels of insulation nor would I consider it to be waterproof so it would be best for easy summer camping or largely indoor use. That being said, I appreciate that it comes with the matching pillowcase and carrying backpack as well. It is a good value and seems to fit well for an elementary school-aged boy.

My nephew is special needs and enjoys wrapping up in a cocoon with his blankets. He started school and they have nap but only can bring 1 blanket or a nap mat type thing. That wasn't going well at all. When we found this we thought we'd try. It's been perfect. He's finally settled during nap and sleeping. It's cute, comfortable, and portable. It's been exactly what we needed. I'm sure he'll be excited to use it over the summer for backyard or treehouse camping too. Overall good value for us.
