I purchased these for the recent annular eclipse for use with my Celestron EclipSmart 20x50 Porro Solar Binoculars to protect my eyes, reduce glare, and block out peripheral light. They did all of those things perfectly!Since then I've used them for both my Vortex Diamondback HD 10x42 (roof prism) birding binoculars as well as my Celestron Skymaster 25x70 astronomy binoculars and this product met my expectations for each pair and use.The cover was easy to attach and remove for each set of binoculars with various objective lens sizes, rubber eye cups, telescopic ocular lens tensioner "eye cups", entire eyepiece diopter adjustments, and ring-based diopter adjustment. The eye covers clasped with no issue around my lenses with individual eye cups and lenses with tethered cups.It took some slight adjustment for each pair of binoculars to get full cover from peripheral light below my eyes but had no difficulty doing so.I highly recommend this cover to get the most out of your binoculars, I was a bit wary at first because I couldn't find any alternatives from other brands to compare with but they wound up being the perfect product for my various uses.

These are great and work as they are supposed to eliminating glare. Since they are kept on the Bino all the time in lieu of eyepiece covers, it would be nice if they were a bit larger to protect the lens more. Also, they tend to hold the folded shape, but are easily adjusted to work as needed.Great idea for those who frequently use binos.

Works great. Allows for a much better view through the bino. Cuts all light and glare allowing you to have a clear view. Light weight and compact. Liked it so well I bought two more for gifts.

This is really easy to install and it works GREAT! It totally cuts all side glare so you can see clearly on sunny days. The little clip designed to pull it together to supposedly protect your optic lenses is kind of a joke. It doesn't really do that good of a job, and the clip is clumsy, and slow, to operate. I just don't use it that way. I fold it down and use the regular optic cover. Works better and is much faster.

These light blockers have become an important binocular accessory for both daytime use (high powered binocular glassing under sunny conditions) and nighttime use (when blocking local light from your eyes helps pupil dilation). I also use a pair on a specialized solar telescope. They work well and I have three sets -- my only reservation is that given the modest size and low tech nature of this product, it seems very expensive for what is essentially a small piece of elasticized fabric.

unfortunately they do not stay on well on any of my binoculars. They work well for the sun protection and that is positive, but they frequently loosen from both my Vortex and Nikon birding binos.

They're just a bit tight tight/hard to get on and off my Nikon 8x40 ATBs, but still usable and very helpful.

this is a great addition to my vortex 10x40 binoculars for several hunting seasons. fits well and keeps the glare down especially for us full time glasses wearers. you will not be disappointed.

Excellent idea and working well. Prevents the sun from shining to you eyes. Also good for windy days if you eyes water easily.

These made a huge improvement to using my IS binoculars. Especially good if you want to use your binoculars for astronomy, really help your eyes to adapt to the dark.

Leider hatte der gelieferte Bino Bandit zwei weibliche Schnallen und konnte so nicht zum Schutz der Okulare geschlossen werden. Ging zurück, aber trotzdem ärgerlich.
