Quality is ok, it does get the job done. However, the fit is a little off. The screws that came with, did not fit the depth of the door, I was able to reuse my old screws but they are old and chipped. I suspect someone bought this package before and potentially removed the screws that were expected. Once the install was complete, the material just seemed a little flimsy.

We purchased this to replace our original handle that had broken off after years of daily use. We actually think this one is better than the original, and are very pleased with it. My husband was able to install it easily. We're very happy!

Surprisingly for me as I don't always have things turn out, this did. The handle was an exact fit. It looks great and was easy to install. It looks sooooo much better than the 23 year old handle. In fact, it has breathed new life into the slider door. One point. You get three different length pairs of handle screws and all were too long for me. I went to the local hardware store and got two 10-2 flat head screws at 1 1/4 inch length and I was good to go. I had white metallic paint so all I did was spray a Q tip generously with paint. Then I dabbed it on the screw heads. The result: fine. How very nice for me! It all came out right.

The product was shipped to me with a screw that couldn't be un-screwed even with Lithium being sprayed on both sides and letting it sit overnight. They used such cheap screws that when I tried repeatedly to unscrew it the head stripped very easily. This second rate company wouldn't allow me to simply exchange it for the same product since a refund was out of the question. The whole assembly appears weak and flimsy. Company WON"T stand behind their product! Save your $$$
