I ordered these for my 2000 XJ. I would say they could work, they don't fit well, they have a lot of gaps.I have modified them to get them to fit better, they will work but not exactly what I thought they would be. If you looking for a short cut, these will work. If you want it to fit and look good, cut out the rust and weld in a new Rocker.

I had to cut a lot more metal out of my xj and off these rockers than I needed to because the fit is wayyyy off. In the end I made them work but I had no lip under the doors anymore until I added 1" tubes underneath. Unless you are good at welding and fab do not order these!!!
