I tend to chafe when riding even just medium length routes. I really despise the gooey chamois creams, so I've been using Body Glide Cycle though it rarely lasts more than an hour. On a video about tricks for endurance rides, Katy Kookaburra recommended this product so I gave it a go. Used as she and the instructions describe; this stuff is great. You only use a small amount and, for me, it lasts without the unpleasantness of the goop.

After using this stuff on a dozen pretty intense 4 hour mountain biking sessions, I can honestly say this chamois cream works great. I use Pearl Izumi shorts with built in chamois, and with just a little dab of this smoothed on in all the key places (all of them), chaffing is completely absent. As they indicated, it really just takes a pea-sized amount to cover pretty much one side of my body, and then another dab for the other side. It takes some getting used to the fact that you really don't need a lot of it -- a little goes a long way. I highly recommend giving it a try -- I'm on my second tube now, the first one lasting about two months of constant use.

So much better than the thick goopy butter creams. I just wish they made this in smaller travel/disposable size for jersey pocket storage on long rides.

I like the thinner, slippery consistency for cycling. It holds up well and it doesn't take much product to cover my hot spots. The price has increased drastically though so I'm hesitant to replace it with another.

I've used other chamois creams, this one has been the best for saddle sores and infections

Easy to apply. Spreads even but doesn't dry.

I'd been using Vaseline on longer rides, which gave some protection from chafing, but not enough. I thought I'd try Slipstream on the recommendation of a Youtuber cyclist and the improvement is very substantial. You don't need much--a quarter-inch dab on each side plus a little near the sit bones. You might ask what the difference is. It's sort of like giving your personal places a no stick surface. This tube will last me the summer, I believe, and maybe longer. When it's time, I will buy more. It's the best anti-chafing cream I've found and for longer rides I now think of it as essential.

Love this product, you only use a small amount which is better for applying, cleaning your bibs and taking with on long rides.

Bought this to use on holiday predominantly for chub rub, it ended up being used by the whole family, balls, cheeks, armpits, thighs and even my elderly mums shingles. Excellent stuff worth the money.

I use this for cycling instead of chamois cream, and it does the job wonderfully. No post-ride tender walks even after big rides of 130km. It goes on smoothly and is non-greasy and quick drying to form a non-chafing barrier. I've used other chamois creams and I didn't like their greasy nature making you feel like your all lubed up and about to slide off the saddle.
