It's a great machine. I have had it for a months so far its doing a good job. It has some similar features as the vevor slushy machine. The motor gets stuck and stops spinning if the slushy is too think, and temp set too low. Great value for the price tag. They have a service number to call. Hopefully they have parts as well.

We love the size of this slushie machine, the easy to understand buttons and the product it delivers! It is easy to clean and take apart.

Took delivery March 1, did not unbox it for at least two weeks, machine is really loud. Like unbearably loud had to move the unit into the garage because anywhere I put it in the house. It was impossible to ignore the sound. Today after about 30 days of sporadic use and Private use, not commercial use, the handle broke rendering the machine useless. I tried to glue it with super glue, it broke again. Tried to reach out to the manufacturer so I can buy a new handle no response. Check the Internet know where could I find a replacement handle and I got zero response and zero support so 1000 bucks down the toilet.

I have a mobile bar and customers and our staff love this slush machine. We often sell it in fishbowls for kids and add alcohol for adults. We make the best frozen Mockaritas in this thing and add different flavors. I also bought a cute farmhouse chic stand for it that goes well with our horse trailer bar and we take it to every event now. It paid for itself after two events. I just really love this machine and how easy it is to use. I buy Coolbreeze to use in it, and like to mix flavors like we do any other drink to make the result more interesting.Update: I have now purchased a second slush machine as I love this so much! And so do customers. ;-) I also will be trying Margarita Man mixes in this at our next event.

At first we couldn't figure out how to make margaritas because their manual that comes with the product is hard to understand. But I found their Youtube channel and was able to get the info in very short detailed videos. I also emailed customer service and they were VERY responsive. I took 1 star off because I think they should at least notate on the manual that there are instructional videos on Youtube.
