Since it's made out of aluminum you can stick it in the oven which is nice for reheating (also way lighter than my glass ones) the size of it is also a 1 person portion so it's perfect for meal prep. The lids can be a bit finicky which is the only slight annoyance. I use them for meal prep and ration control, they stack nicely in the fridge and I like that i can reuse them instead of them being single use.

They’ll do for now but you have to be easy with them. Lids are really cheesy. Pans are very light weight and not as big as i was hoping. Will not order again.

These are very sturdy and nice. Smaller than expected as it seems to measure from the outer edges of the container
