they are OK for the light purpose of hanging cups, but are so bendy that if you try to screw them into ordinary pine board without drilling a hole first to lessen the torque force needed, they will bend all out of shape right between your fingers... not your granny's sturdy hooks ! I liked having the choice of multiple sizes, but do note that the teensy ones ARE teensy ...have minimal use I expect

Originally didn't intend to review these hooks. Then I used them.Most hooks like this tend to be really thin stainless with a coating of rubber or plastic. These have the coating but they are certainly much tougher than previous hooks I've used.I have a dozen holding up my protector screen so I decided to use them for other things that they maybe weren't designed for, requiring me to bend them outwards a bit to fit. This required me to actually put a piece of metal through it and use that for leverage because they simply refused to bend and instead cut into my fingers.I currently have one holding up a 15 pound item (screwed into hardwood) just to see if it holds up long term. That was a week ago and it's still there.
