I was looking for a small carabiner that would fit my project needs and be secure. After much searching, I found these carabiners. They did the job; just what I needed.

I use these babies to secure air tags to the zippers of my luggage, and to secure the zippers on the outside of my luggage to deter theft in countries where it's prevelant. I also use them to attach an umbrella or small bag to my belt loop when I'm sightseeing, since I get tired of hoisting a back pack up my shoulder every 3 minutes as I move.

Not sure why people can't just tell you what their product is. These are great little clips, very light duty and thin, perfect for snapping a water bottle onto your backpack or securing pots for tripod cooking, etc. But they are NOT the carabiners pictured in the photo of the woman weightlifting, or the hanging rope photo, and they would definitely not be safe to use in either of those contexts. I'd give these a 5 if it weren't for those photos, which could cause customers to buy something that would absolutely not work for what they're hoping it would. The flower pots in one photo? Yes. Camping use? Yes. On a weight lifting machine? No. Otherwise, these were well-made little clips, again, for very light-duty uses.

First off, lemme explain how I use these small carabiners. My car only has 1 key, and my SUV has 2 keys. So for a family of 4 with teenage drivers, we need a way to keep the keys organized. Everyone has their own key rings, and the keys to the vehicles are attached to carabiners. This way when someone needs a key, I know it is securely attached to their keyring and won't be lost. Then when I need it, it's easy to unclip from their key ring and put it on mine. The other big use for these is shower curtains. No, not to hang in the shower, but to use them to hang decorative shower curtains as backdrops for my youtube videos. This allows me to quickly swap in and out different back drops. Why shower curtains? Well, anything with a grommet works fine, and these little carabiners allow me to quickly clip any grommeted fabric into place or squish it up and hang it in the corner for later use.Ok, now that you know how I use them, let's talk brass tacks. These carabiners are an excellent quality of metal. I have other small carabiners that are "metal" but somehow they feel like a plastic-metal alloy, if such a thing is possible, and they feel very weak and brittle. These metal ones would withstand far more weight and beatings than they get with my 2 uses. The spring that shuts the carabiner clip is also nice and firm. It's not so hard you have to fight it to unclip things, but it's not just gonna fall open in your pocket and let your key ring slip out.So, while I wouldn't suggest weighty load-bearing uses, these carabiners are strong enough for anything that would make sense for their small size. I think they are excellent, and I love getting a large pack of them for a good price :-D
