I cannot tell you much about these as I have not used them yet but I can tell you I am very happy over my purchase and I know there will be a little Dynamite whenever the time comes to use them they are small enough that it could be a one-person meal or maybe two people could share the glass is not thick thick but it is not thin either for the size of this product the thickness is in the Midway it has two handles on either side and to come in the package very lightweight not heavy I do recommend this product

One morning I had this "flash thought": I needed to find a square baking dish sized to cook a square egg to fit the shape of my bread. I went looking for a square pyrex glass baking dish to make the perfect egg sandwich. I searched sites using Google and could not find a square glass baking dish that would cook an egg to fit my sandwich perfectly (the ones I found were WAY too big). Then I began searching on Amazon which is most often my default starting point. I searched several pages and finally found this item and WOW it was exactly what I was looking for: a 4x4 small baking dish. When I opened the box this item was EXACTLY what I hoped for and was clear and smooth and of a high quality. It seemed only Amazon carried this. So now my "egg sandwich" thinking has borne fruit. An egg sandwich on whole wheat bread is a quick, nourishing meal which you can vary to suit any taste.

I bought these because I am cooking for only two of us and found several recipes for just two servings that use this size. These are perfect for them.Sturdy enough. Good for single-sized cobblers, single casseroles, etc.

These dishes are great if you’re looking to bake just a small amount. They were a little shorter in height than I expected, but has been great in oven and steamer otherwise.

Not the quality of Pyrex and barely have handles to ease removal from oven when hot. I’ve had to use a separate tray/tin to prevent burns. Not cheap either and knowledge is power so would not buy again.

We have been using these heat resistant square glass ‘bowls’ and they work well.
