2.Use a ruler to measure the distance from the hole to the edge
3.To chose your hoop size :
A+1mm from snug fitting. Most popular size for helix snug fir:6mm
A+2mm for loose fitting.Most popular size for helix loose fit :8mm

Great smaller earrings, good quality too. Clasp is a little fickle, but not super hard to figure out and also stays clasped.

Take it from me, I had to go to the urgent care to get these removed from my ears. No where in the description does it say that these are gauged. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

I have very sensitive skin so I usually wear surgical steel for my nose hoop, but wanted a gold one. I’ve been wearing the larger hoops on my ears and the smallest one in my nose for several days, sleeping and showering too, and they’re perfect, I forget they’re in they’re so comfortable.
