The pouch is advertised to hold the Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 lens but it is simply too small in diameter for the lens. I tried for several minutes to get the lens in the pouch but could not get it past the zoom ring. It is useless for its advertised purpose.

This pouch looks fine, not too bulky, but it is way too small for the lenses the says it fits. The listing needs to be updated to be accurate. I returned this.

The pouch itself is just what I was looking for, adequate padding to throw in a backpack or dry bag and not worry about damage. But, I'm not giving it 5 stars because it is too small for a Canon 15-55 lens as advertised. The amount of effort it takes to get it in and out of the pouch is excessive, and it is just way too snug of a fit. I was afraid of sending the lens flying while trying to force it into the pouch. And in case anyone is wondering, I did not have a hood on the lens, just the end caps. Would be great for a smaller lens but too tight for the 15-55.

I did not have room in my camera bag for some of my lenses and needed a way to protect them. I am pleased with the purchase of the neoprene pouch, as it has provided a secure means of storage, especially if I am carrying these separately from my camera and bag on a photo opp.
