Used these to hang hummingbird feeders high enough so that the raccoons could not get to them. They work well and are a good buy.

These are equipped with low friction ball bearings, and fabricated out of heavy duty materials. The edges of the pulleys are sharp, so if you are running pvc coated cable you will need to radius the edges.

Pulleys are well built, but the screws that come with it are cheap and unusable. The first screw's head snapped while I was trying to screw it into a regular stud with a screwdriver manually. It wouldn't work with a cordless drill at all. Had to waste my time taking out the broken screw with pliers and then source new screws from my stock. Basically a 5 minute job turned into a half hour job. Bad surprise if you are doing a job commercially for a paying customer. As they say, time is money.
