This strap is a no brainer for your compact camera (think something like a Fujifilm, Olympus or Lumix, like my g100). This is greatly better than most straps that are included with cameras out of the box. Digital or film, this is a great strap that won’t break the bank. I have this on my mft camera I have as a secondary that I use quite a lot for museum walks or general street/travel photography since it is so small but it feels like the strap should handle most anything but heavier bodies.Materials are nice, I like the leather parts used to fix it to the attachment points and the cord is very comfortable. It is not quite quick release but much easier to remove from your camera than stock straps are.Great work with this smallrig! Buy one for your camera you’ll probably love it.

If any of you have been rock climbing, you know what rope burns feel like. I bought this as a strap for my super long telephoto lens since I don't have a sling on my single lens case. In case you're curious, it's the Spiratone 400mm f/6.3 - been out of production for decades.As for being secure, as long as the mount is secure, you don't have to worry. It has a double leather hook and a ring on each side. You could go without the ring if your modern canera has the right mounts. In terms of strength, the rope appears to be genuine climbing rope. I can confidently hang my entire camera.This is primarily for people already tooled up for outdoor adventures. If not, you'll want to make something to soften & cushion the neck area if you don't want rope burn.

Well built. A little short for me, wanted 47", but close enough. The number one reason I got this is because of the simple way it attached to the camera and, consequently, how easily it detaches from the camera. Really a nice simple design for doing so. By the way the "leather" tabs that fit through the provided split rings also fit through 10mm wide triangle split rings as I have done on mine. Highly recommended!

Love this product! i like the quality of it. i like that it's not too long or too short. i'm 5'6''. i bought it to use with my fujifilm xm5 and it's perfect!

This is a good little strap, simple, but comfy. It just feels very well made - carefully thought through, from the rope strap itself, to the loop fastenings to attach it to a camera. It's much better than many straps that come with cameras.Though it's a round rope rather than a flat strap, the rope is soft with a bit of give, so it's surprisingly comfortable - and unlike a flat strap, doesn't get awkwardly into the wrong position or get annoyingly twisted. It might be that a big SLR with a heavy lens would feel a bit much with a strap this shape, if you wore it for a long time but for a lighter SLR, let alone smaller cameras, it's great. It is rated up to 10kg.It is a bit fiddly to attach, but then I haven't met a camera strap that isn't!Great Smallrig quality, as expected!

Die hochwertige Verarbeitung, kombiniert mit den eleganten Lederdetails, verleiht ihm ein stilvolles und professionelles Erscheinungsbild.Besonders praktisch ist das integrierte Lederpolster, das den Tragekomfort am Hals deutlich erhöht – perfekt für längere Shootings. This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.In terms of quality, it appears to have been well-made; the material used is very similar to something like a bungee cord, which feels durable and strong. I must admit that I had some difficulty figuring out how to actually attach the strap to my camera, because the images in the included instruction booklet were small, and poorly printed. Thankfully, referring back to the listing photos here did the trick.In order to really put the strap through its paces, I attached it to my device with a 200-600 lens mounted on (very heavy!). Though that setup weighed the strap down a lot, the strap could hold it - it would therefore work perfectly (and be more suitable) with much lighter gear.In summary, a good value item.

Ich habe das SMALLIRG Schultergurt über das Amazon Vine-Programm zum Testen angeboten bekommen und in grün bestellt, weil ich auch eine Handschlaufe zu meinen beiden Urlaubskameras (2x Olympus OMD-E5II) in der gleichen Farbe habe.Der Gurt trägt sich auch mit schwereren Objektiven (z.B. M.Zuiko 40-150 f2.8) noch ganz angenehm und sicher.Wobei ich anfangs Bedenken hatte, dass sich die Lederschlaufen, die nur über einen Metallnippel gezogen werden, eventuell lösen könnten. Aber nachdem ich erstmal eine ganze Weile versucht hatte die Dinger auseinander zu bekommen um das Gurt überhaupt anbringen zu können, war ich danach überzeugt, dass das halten würde und sich garantiert nicht unbeabsichtigt öffnen würde!Ob ich jetzt wirklich 10kg daran hängen würde, sei mal dahingestellt, zumal sich in der Bewegung, durch den Schwung die Belastung ja mal schnell noch um einiges erhöhen kann. Aber für meine Urlaubs-M4/3 Ausrüstung habe ich da wenig Bedenken. Die große Sony würde ich mir dann doch vielleicht überlegen...Das Gurtmaterial selbst ist angenehm, allerdings ist der Lederstreifen als Schulterpad schon sehr klein und verhindert das Rutschen des Gurtes nicht wirklich, aber wenn man die Kamera um den Hals trägt, stört das kleine Ding im Nacken dann komplett.Da ist es deutlich angenehmer ohne zu verwenden!Kleiner konstruktionsbedingter Nachteil bei diesem sonst sehr schönen Gurt:Er lässt sich nun mal nicht in der Länge verstellen.Die Länge mag bei den meisten Nutzern gut passen, aber da ich recht groß bin, könnte er bei mir nochmal gut 15-20cm länger sein.OK, aber das dürfte ein Problem sein, dass nun mal an mir und meiner Größe von knapp 2m liegt.

Der Schultergurt überzeugt durch seine gute Verarbeitung und Qualität. Das Material fühlt sich hochwertig an und sorgt für eine lange Lebensdauer. Optisch ist der Gurt ein echter Hingucker und verleiht der Kamera eine edle Note.Besonders angenehm: Der Gurt liegt komfortabel am Hals und ermöglicht auch bei längeren Shootings ein entspanntes Tragen der Kamera. Die Befestigung ist stabil, sodass die Kamera sicher gehalten wird.Ein empfehlenswerter Gurt, der nicht nur praktisch, sondern auch optisch und haptisch überzeugt!
