Very sturdy and well build. It is lightweight and easy to use. Set up is quick on the go which is a plus for landscape photography.

Like all Smallrig products, the quality is very good and it does what it's supposed to do well. It feels very well built and I'm sure it'll hold up well over time.My one complaint is that I wish there was a notch in-between the 2 main leg angle adjustments. The wide stance is very stable but also very low. The next notch is a little narrower than I'd prefer. With the legs fully extended, the narrower setting is about right. However, I use the tripod for widefield astrophotography where I don't extend the legs too much so it's lower and more stable - the base is a little narrow for that (where the wider notch stable but low enough that I have to get on the ground to see what the camera is pointing at).

Quality is very good. Feels like pro stuff. The only difference from professional tripod is thouse fixing levers on legs. They are not so solid like in BENRO, but they absolutely made their functon and safe weight, wich makes it more light to cary around. I'm happy with this purchase.

I initially loved this tripod, but that was when I was shooting wildlife and didn't need level horizon. It was also great going out on whale watches because I could switch it to being a monopod. However, when I shifted back to landscape photography, I found that my camera and go to lens seemed to be too heavy for the ball head when adjusting to a tilted angle. The total weight is less than 4 lbs but no matter how tight I lock it down, my camera starts to drift. So I'm disappointed. It's still a good little tripod, great for wildlife, but I've gone back to my sturdier "almost as old as I am" Bogen for landscapes.

Right out of the box I can feel the better build quality compared to the last one I bought a fair bit more expensive $60 to be exact but the functionality of it is so much better.Looks better, feels better, opens better. A reasonable weight that makes you feel it is a good quality but not too heavy.If it stands up as a quality tripod, being that I am writing this immediately after receiving it and setting it up I can say this is a much better value. Super tall too almost reaches the roof of my room full size.You can get by with common sense of unpacking and setting it up time after time I can tell. The last one I bought came with a manual that had basic functions of all knobs but then had a page dedicated to breaks alone. It is much more worth it to pay for this one if you have the choice.

I am casual photographer and I often use this tripod in gym. It fits in my bag even with full accessories in it. I use this with my a 6400 and phone. Quality is great. Performance well and feels professional. I will update this review after an year of use.

Este trÃpode me sorprendió gratamente. La calidad de construcción es impresionante; es robusto, estable y muy fácil de ajustar. Aunque el precio es más alto que otros en el mercado, definitivamente se justifica por su durabilidad y la estabilidad que ofrece.
