I am really happy with this paper towel holder. I wanted one that wouldn’t tip over and this is perfect. It has suction cups on the bottom to keep it in place. The arm works great to keep the towels in place. Overall a nice addition to my kitchen. Assembly was super easy!

This paper towel holder is better than what I expected for the price. The material is strong, I don't think it's fully metal but it will hopefully last. I had a cheap one and it lasted 10 years, but I was looking for a gold one to match my decor.It holds the paper towel in place and doesn't fall when you pull it out. It's not heavy, but sturdy enough.Overall, I'm happy with what I received thus far. Thank you for the tools to put it together ðŸ˜ðŸ‘Œ

Stainless Steel looks good in our décor. Assembly is very easy. The base is weighted and has suction cups that adhere well to the counter surface, so it stays put when pulling off the sheet(s) of paper towels. Fits the large jumbo paper towel rolls. Has the spring loaded side arm to hold the paper towels from unraveling. The only thing is the spring loaded tension arm should be angled in a little bit more towards the center post as to give a little bit more tension when the paper towel roll is getting very low. Otherwise this is a good value for the price and I recommend it,

This towel holder was easy to assemble all the tools were proved. I like the tread on the bottom so when you pull off a towel it does not move.

I was surprised that holder needed assembly but it took less than 5 minutes to put together. The spring does really come that close to holding the roll in so I see it being a problem when the roll gets low. However the holder is heavy and sturdy which I really like and comes with little suction cups on the bottom.

I never thought that the design of something so mundane, such as a paper towel roll holder, could cause such pain.It is not heavy enough to stay in place during the first half of the paper towel roll, so you need two hands. One with which to hold down the entire contraption, and the other to pull. It would be more effective to just have a standing roll of paper towels that you pull from as you need, because during that first half of the roll physics has you beat. The force of friction between the roll and the bottom of the stand is greater than the entire weight of the cheap, punched-out tin roof stand. It's more of a stand made of foil that will follow the roll wherever you pull it.The spring portion is not designed to work once the second half of the paper towel roll has come around. After the roll gets small enough the spring simply won't provide enough compression in an even enough way to allow for one-hand use, which is why I bought this.Again, it would be easier and more efficient to just have a free standing roll of paper towels where ever you planned to put this, because it is a two-handed operation to cleanly get a paper towel off this thing. I had better luck with my old, simpler stand which is made of WOOD, cheap wood, and still significantly heavier. Simply making a heavier product would make this usable, although I suppose you get what you get at this price point. I can almost guarantee that whoever designed this contraption, does not use paper towels themselves. It's as if an alien saw a paper towel holder and designed something that could pass visually, but once you test it on its ability to function as a paper towel holder, you'll see it came from Mars. Steer clear.

Ordered this for my Son and Daughter Inlaw while they are away and I'm pet and housesitting...I was going to hide it and add it with their Stocking Stuffers for Christmas, but decided it needed to be on their counter now, lol.So, when it arrived, I put it together and couldn't believe how amazing it looks in their kitchen.I actually texted them with a photo, just incase I was overstepping, to which they both said I wasn't and how they both absolutely love it!I only hope that they don't have the same issues as others have mentioned in the reviews, and that issue is how the Tension Arm becomes useless and doesn't work once the roll gets smaller/slimmer!So, I'm kinda thinking that this is why an Allen-Key was included?Maybe it's for creating more or less Tension of the Tension Arm as the Roll of Paper Towel gets used?!?And IF that's Not what the Allen-Key is for, it's no big deal!Alot of paper towel holders that are made with the little extra arm aren't really used for tension anyway... They're just to keep the paper towel from unwinding!However, there is 1 thing that might be a little irritating, and that is the Suction Cups on the bottom!But I do understand their purpose, IF they work properly, which is to keep the stand in place and stable while tearing off a piece or several pieces of paper towel!They can become a pain When/If needing to move the paper towel stand for cleaning the countertop, bcuz IF you aren't cautious, I can see the suction cups tearing! Hopefully that won't happen...But for now, I folded up and put a piece of paper towel under the paper towel stand to avoid over using the suction cups each time I need to wipe the countertop, bcuz I'm not the type of person who wipes around stuff, I must remove everything when cleaning...**Bottom Line... I highly recommend this paper towel stand! It's gorgeous!**

Bought for the colour, it doesn’t work as well as the right up. Once the paper towel gets to s certain point and the ball doesn’t touch it the paper doesn’t tear well.
