I thought this door would be light weight and not sturdy. I was WAY wrong! This came in a smallish box but was heavy. Putting it together was like a puzzle but easy enough to figure out. It has real heavy duty frosted glass panels and real painted wood panels. The metal handle is also heavy duty as well as the roller barn door system. Normally I do a lot of handy work by myself. But this time I needed my husband’s help to lift this door up onto the tracks. I’m super pleased how this barn door turned out for my remodeled pantry. Changing the regular swinging hinged door for a barn door gave me full access to my walk in pantry. I love it. And, the neighbors are all jealous. :-)

Love my new door to the laundry room. Very sturdy, pretty easy and quick assembly. Directions were detailed but not complicated. Highly recommend!

This is easy to assemble, one person can do it alone, heavy when completed. The tricky part comes when you have to hang the rail up, make sure you follow directions, read the manual in full and as a piece of advice measure the height at least twice using the door against the door frame before you drill any holes to hang the rail.

Love my door! It is heavy though. Glides very smoothly, easy enough for my cats to open.

To assemble the door took 30 mins.Putting up the board/rail about 3 hours.**NOT SOFT CLOSE** but smooth.It is NO JOKE heavy (90 lbs)! Needed two adults for all lifting.Now- the rail is predrilled, assuming your home was built with perfect studs 16†apart you’re fine. But if you’re like me and the house is 20+ years old, the studs were not exactly in place to line up with predrilled holes.We used a 6â€x7ft board, painted to match. Hit as many studs as we could. Then unfortunately we had to drill other holes in the metal rail to give it the right amount of support.Check height position twice, we needed to cut 1/4†off the bottom of the door for the wall piece to fit under correctly.Thrilled with the quality, cheaper than home depo, was packaged really well. Definitely a bigger DIY than I thought it would be- I still recommend it as it elevated the interior of the house!

We have two of them. They are heavy with pretty black handles. These were cheaper than Wayfair. Glide on track well- the pantry door gets a workout daily and is perfect. We did paint the white caps on the ends black as we saw others had done too.
