I love these socks! I’ve skied in them a couple times and they are great. They keep my feet warm and wick away the moisture.

I like smartwool ski socks. They are slightly padded not as much as I would like but every little bit helps. These are not as soft as I would like either, but the merino wool is fairly warm. And the color pattern is better than most of their other colors with designs.

Nice socks, but they are not full calf socks, only maybe 2/3, and I'm short. I followed the sizing and got the medium to ensure calf would be comfortable, but the band is a bit tight to hold the sock part way up. Unfortunate design.

Nice for cold early morning walks. She liked these as a birthday gift. Thin enough to fit in running shoes on the bottom, and thick enough to keep ankles and lower legs warm on top. Expected Indestructawool durability.
