I needed a tripod for my laser level, which I often use close to the ground. I also needed one where the legs can be adjusted independently. This is perfect. I can use it on rough terrain, without lengthy positioning adjustment for the laser. The quality is also very high. I strongly recommend it.

The legs are not adjustable, but when fully extended they are very sturdy, I use it with my phone, action camera, 360 camera and even with my 35mm, it holds a lot of weight

Very solid design. The retractable leg mechanics feel positively locked when extended. Tightening the center mounting bolt is a little strange but I paired this with a HD bell swivel mount which stays permanently attached . Overall very happy with purchase. long term durability is unknown.

I got the metal version, it's great. Each leg tension can be adjusted independently, which is different than most of the cheap tripods that end up with one floppy leg. Great unit.

This quality device slips easily into your pocket, attaches well to the camera and stays in place. I did use an Allen wrench to tighten it a bit more than factory setting. More than satisfied after other failures.
