Not included are the whiskey and the butane bottle. To be honest, I’m not a huge whiskey drinker, but got this for a party, to do a blind taste test of the different flavors of small samples. You can print out a sheet to encourage people to think about what they can taste, and then at the end of the course of the evening, reveal the results. This is really fun and makes for an impressive evening for your guests.

This kit seems pretty awesome (its a gift so haven’t used it). I would rate the quality pretty high. My only chagrin is that the smoker is different than pictured in the photos (looks to be missing the cap), but its the same as the instructions included so I’m hoping it works correctly.
