I opted now to put it in a switch so it fully depresses before running. Great customer service and got a replacement. Not as convenient but hopefully it’ll last longer this way

I loved everything about this blender. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Within a few seconds of putting the ingredients into the blender, the smoothie is ready for you! Fresh, healthy and delicious! I love to use it to make berry smoothies! I highly recommend this blender! I'm very pleased with it! Very healthy and good for you! It's worth every penny!

I would not recommend this product for frozen fruit. This item is self operated meaning you control the pressure and time when using. This is my second one and both times now it has shredded a blending mechanism. See photo.

This works great! I use it everyday to make my morning smoothie. I also got my son one for Christmas!It broke recently and I chatted with an agent named Net and she was very helpful and the replacement process went smooth and simple! I look forward to many more morning smoothies!!

I spent a long time searching for the right blender and let me tell you this is the perfect one! It's compact, easy to use and easy to clean. I LOVE it! I use it every morning for my smoothies. I also love how the capsule doubles as a cup that I can use on the go.Overall fantastic product! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something affordable and of good quality.

Hasta ahorita no he tenido ningún problema, licúa muy bien las frutas congeladas a pesar de no cortarlo a los 1 cm o 2 cm que especÃfica el manual, pongo las fresas congeladas sin cortar y no se me ha sobre calentado, la granola la licúa muy bien a comparación de mi licuadora normal.Los vasos son grandes casi de 1 L, muy bien de tamaño y de espesor, se sienten resistentes, tenÃa planeado desde un principio comprar de la marca Ninja pero me salió un imprevisto y ya no me alcanzó por lo que elegà esta marca y salió muy buena, por lo que doy 5 estrellas por su precio y calidad.
