Approximately one month ago, I put this range hood above my gas stove, and since then, I have used it for a wide variety of culinary purposes, ranging from searing steaks to cooking fragrant curries. When I initially found it in my kitchen, the first thing that struck me was how sleek it seemed. It has a contemporary and sophisticated look thanks to the black finish, which also works well with the other appliances in my home. Despite the fact that the installation was simple, I did seek the assistance of a buddy who is handy in order to ensure that it was installed in a safe manner. One of the characteristics that I like the most is the ability to convert between a ducted and a ductless ventilation system. In order to vent outdoors, I decided to go with the ducted installation; nonetheless, it is comforting to know that I have the ability to replace it if it becomes necessary. In particular, the exhaust fan with three speeds is rather strong when it is set to its maximum level. When I am cooking anything that is extremely fragrant, such as seafood or caramelized onions, I have discovered that it does a wonderful job of removing smoke and aromas from the inside of the kitchen.

This good was much easier to install than my old one. The instructions are awful but you can tell by the picture on the box what pieces go where. It comes with a template to tape to the wall and mark your holes. The light is a little blue for my taste but not as bad as I’ve seen on some lights. It has great suction. I will update in the future after we use it a few times. But it looks great.

First, this vent was super easy to install. 5 main screws and your golden. The template they give with the vent makes it super easy to know where to put your screws and it came with all the right hardware. It didn’t take much know how to install and looks very nice in our kitchen.My one issue is that it came with a massive sticker on the front plate of the vent. The sticker ripped in every place imaginable. What worked to remove it was a razed blade and 99% rubbing alcohol.That said it was with the money.

I received our beautiful vent hood. It works incredibly. But, I have to say their service is so wonderful. I write to ask about filters since I’m using it ductless. They immediately sent me two for free. I highly recommend SNDOAS VENTHOID OR ANYTHING THEY SELL. Service is really a big deal to me and I am definitely going to use them for other services.

Service was excellent, fan was beautiful. When the fan motor died in less than 5 uses I had the best customer service experience. Now the replacement has died in less than a week. I’ve requested a refund and have purchased a new fan from a completely different company.

So first off, this is a plugin range so you will need to cut the cord to install it if you do not have a 120 wall plug near.Then once everything is installed and it turns on, there is literally no suction power…. This unit was not working as intended.I communicated with the supplier directly and they did confirm an issue with my unit, they were able to fix the issue in a timely manner.

Current price point at the time/date of this review: $239.44 with a $30 off coupon being offered by the seller. Pricing is fair when taking into account the $30 coupon being supplied, however, cheaper alternatives do exist but in a slightly different variation from this one, otherwise near identical.Comes in a modern and sleek design. Looks great. It’s not quite as shallow and horizontally narrow in appear in comparison to some. Overall it comes in a nice finish and a decent weight for its size. It’s a safe bet all around.ADDITIONAL NOTESComes in a really simplified but nice modern design. Love the appearance as it will blend well with most (modern?) kitchen designs. Fits the intended dimensions fine and generally built of reasonable materials - not ultra thick, but this is quite common making use of just enough materials to keep it well protected but very light.Performance is perfectly adequate much like most of these and comes with simple button controls and lights.
