Bought this bag only a couple months ago.Took the snowbaord bag on one ski trip and the handle just ripped off with normal handling. The main handle location is especially uncomfortable because the zippers dig into your hand and is awkward if the end of the bag is extended since it is mounted underneath rather than at the end of the bag. Buyer beware.

I love this bag. It is nicely padded, seems very durable (good for air travel), and I love the expandable main compartment. It is nice that the bag rolls up, making for low profile storage. It is big enough to fit two snowboards with bindings removed.I have two issues:1. The handle on the underside that is used to pull the bag when it is on its wheels is too short. It is painful to hold the handle and pull the bag. It isn't even really possible to pull the bag with that handle when the bag is expanded.2. The hooks at the bottom of the bag dangle and drag on the floor. They should be able to be secured to the bag when unrolled.

Ordered for a snowboarding trip. Before I even made it to the airport, the handle broke, making it awkward and difficult to carry. No comment from seller or Amazon. Also lots of random straps hanging off and getting caught on wheels (good for storage but not for transport). Good quality bag except for handles.

I used this snowboard bag to bring my snowboard from the east coast to the west coast. i had no issues at all! my snowboard was completely fine and had no issues! This snowboard bag was very well made. The quality of the bag is really good. especially for the price!

I bought this specifically for my skis which are 167cm which is how big the bag is supposed to get but they don’t fit. I’m was super bummed. The bag seem to be good in quality I’d say it’s skinnier then most other board bags. And I’m not sure I could have fit skis and a snowboard in there so again a little more compact than some other bags.

The main carry handle ripped off the top the very first time I loaded the bag with JUST my snowboard (no boots, gear, clothes, etc.). When I unzipped the top compartment (which was an attractive selling point for me) the zipper fell off the catch completely.

At first I was bummed out because my board was too long for the bag. Then I found the zipper that allows that bag to extend! Everything from zippers to quality of the bag is excellent. I am a happy boarder!
