I recently purchased this mill, and I have to say, it has been a major letdown. Right out of the box, I noticed that it was missing screws necessary for securing the top cone shape. Without those screws, it was impossible to use it properly. The condition of the mill itself was also concerning. It had noticeable dents, making it look more like a used machine than a new one. When I looked closer, I realized that the middle part, which was advertised as metal, was actually 3D printed. While I can understand the use of different materials, a heads-up about this would have been appreciated. When I finally attempted to run the machine, things went from bad to worse. Flour was spewing out everywhere, creating a mess that left the entire area dusty.Unless you really don’t care about wasting your money or simply have no other options, I cannot recommend this product. It has been nothing but a frustrating experience, and I wish I had invested in something more reliable. Save yourself the trouble!

Works great. Wish the leg design was a little different but otherwise a good grinder.

The machine parts are unstable and cheaply made. As soon as you start to use the machine, every bolt "keeping it in place" comes out. The grinding plates don't do what the description says. It is either too thick or not thin enough. The machine also gets very hot very fast, so it overheats. Overall, it's not a good product for your buck.

Product was damaged upon arrival! It was obvious that a forklift had ran into it. The imprint of the forklift blade had struck the cover plate on the motor. I used a hammer and a short piece of 2x4 to straighten it out. It seems to work fine but doesn’t look very good.
