The internal orifice seems a bit restricted (compared to a a full quarter inch diameter which doesn't seem restricting at all when manually blowing through it) but it functions well enough for my purpose. I am using it in a misting system for seed starts. Without this solenoid, when the other normally closed solenoid activates, water fills the tubes and comes out of the misters. When it shuts off, the residual pressure and water in the pipes causes the misters to drip and dribble for a period of time and it was soaking random seed trays. This normally open solenoid closes when the water flows into the tubes allowing the misters to function, but then opens when the water shuts off to rapidly release the pressure so the misters don't drip. It had been working for a coupe weeks with no problems (maybe 10 - 12 cycles per day). If you need to release a larger volume, or faster, you may want a solenoid with a larger orifice.

I used to control propane flow in my gas smoker. I replaced a defective one that chattered when closing. This one works great!

Worked once. Then it died. When the industry standard valves like this are 150 and this one is 20, I can't say I'm surprised, but I would have thought I'd get more than a single cycle out of it.

Advertised as .7 mp but actually .7 kg/cm2. Means they max out at 10 psi instead of 100.
