I own an industrial Maintenance company, and due to shipping issues I ordered these with prime shipping. They arrived on time and intact, so that was a plus. They surprisingly after reading several negative reviews worked great, the flow 100% in the direction opposite the arrow 9n them, but all 10 are on air operated water shutoff valves for hammering issues and working great, will definitely order these again as the ones I get from name brand suppliers are 17-32 dollars a piece.

Easy to use. Be mindful of directional installation it matters. Valve need to be installed in same direction to balance out supply and exhaust. I teach a class using these with a generic air cylinder we found we can achieve balance time of travel as long as the speed control valves are install in the same orientation.

Bad quality; I did not test all of them until 3 of first 5 used failed that inspired me to check all of them and disappointingly learned only 4 of 10 worked. It has been 5 months after received. I was unable to file a complaint with Amazon. Advise you to check on every each when received if you have to buy them. Or, not considering buying them. I also bought a similar product, elbow connects, from the same seller. That was even worse when 2 out of 10 worked.
