I love this set because it's what we needed to help my son practice his soccer skills. It has different items that help with different skills. It's easy to use, it also has a carryon bag to transport the set, it's great quality, and durable.

This item contains the agility ladder with eye-hooks at each end of the nylon webbing straps, four stakes to secure in the ground, and a drawstring carrying bag.This is a nice basic agility ladder. The twelve slats can be adjusted to any spacing you require and are relatively easy to slide around on the nylon straps. Each slat has two holes, so they remain in the proper up/down orientation as you slide them across the webbing.This is a standalone set and only has eyelet holes at the end of the nylon straps which can be secured to the ground (grass/dirt) with the included metal stakes.It packs away easily and stores and travels well in the included nylon drawstring carrying bag.Pros- Easy setup- Comes with carrying bag and stakesCons- Can be a little slow to slide the slats around the strap

We were so excited the arrival of it! Set up was easy! You can adjust the ladder distance between bars! Material good and lightweight! Spikes are sturdy and also have protective cover on it! Love the storage option ! Affordable! Wanted smg i can use at home/ in the backyard! These kids need some entertainment and it is perfect! We still need to master the jump rope skills but it is a nice addition to the set! We are happy with it!

These have been a game changer for our girls flag football team. I use them as defenders, so the receivers can run their routes as if there were defenders in front of them. It also teaches the quarterbacks to be able to throw in between defenders when the receiver is on their route. They are on a spring so if they get hit, they move with the direction of impact. They also breakdown and fit in a small bag when transporting them. I know most people use them for soccer but I highly recommend these for flag football.
