Actually a relatively nice looking and snug set of cards/holder. The colors on the cards are very bright and visible, and the whistle functions quite well. It isn't the loudest whistle but it does function at both small and large breaths, with volume increasing as expected.Despite the appearance it isn't stitched together; it looks more like glue and/or crimping almost. It's definitely not my first choice in terms of seams so I do have some concern regarding longevity. In addition, the included paper doesn't actually fit well; one side of the paper always pops out when opening the bifold. making it somewhat annoying.Overall it's a really nice

Great set - times two. As someone who had to go back home with our young ref because we forgot a whistle and the cards, and then drive back to the game again, these are a great option to have in a backpack and in the car, just in case one set gets forgotten.No complaints about the quality either.

I received two, so I gave one to my friend's daughter (who is a soccer ref) and she uses them at work now. She likes them, so 5 * from a high school soccer game referee. (I don't think she uses the whistle as they have a specific one provided)I have the other one, and I don't ref any games, but the meme potential in your group chats is incredible.Hear me out.
