This is a nice training mat. It's thick enough to stay put but not too thick to make it awkward to carry or store it. It rolls up easily and doesn't take up much room in my son's closet.

This training mat is smaller than expected. While the arrows for the drills are clearly marked, the mat itself is too small to be able to complete drills unless you have very small feet, think 6-7 year old. It does come with gripper socks to prevent slipping, and they are well made. However, they are one size fits all and most closely compare to that of an adult 7-9 sock (while the mat itself is more suitable for a youth size 12 foot or smaller). The mat is nice and appears to grip the floor well, but would be more functional if it were bigger.

This soccer training mat, and equipment is amazing! It provides so much equipment in the bundle and all are so necessary and amazing! Both my children love practicing at home now that they have fancy equipment instead of just kicking the ball into the fence! It has also improved their skill insanely much, which is fantastic, so I don't have to pay extra for a coach!
