I could never find the right textured wash cloth with the right thickness for bathing. They're either too thin, too thick or have stitching or embroidery that's useless for bathing. These gloves are the perfect thickness and are soft enough to be healthier for my skin, and regular bathing, than the more abrasive ones, which damage my skin. They absorb water well, add soap and you've got a nice wash material. The small size may not fit everyone, so they should offer different sizes.

I bought these gloves to use in place of a loose wash cloth when bathing/showering. That way you don't have to hold either a bar of soap or a wash cloth while washing yourself. Just get the gloves soapy with either bar soap or body wash and then go to town! They work great for that but there were 2 things that disappointed me. I thought they were going to be sort of a terry cloth texture but they're not. They're more smooth like a regular pair of gloves. Also, as others have mentioned, they are quite difficult to put on in the shower once water enters the equation. The only easy way to put them on would be with dry gloves and completely dry hands. If you're able to do that before turning on the water and getting them wet, then you'd be okay. If I were to buy shower gloves like these again, I'd want something with a rougher texture for scrubbing, like terry cloth.

One glove got a hole in the palm after the very first use. Either that or it came with a hole. Very difficult to put on compared to other bath gloves. For $15, I thought they'd last longer than my ones from Walmart. They are soft as claimed, though.

These are amazing. Not scratchy at all and give you a super grip on your baby. So easy to soap then up and still not worry about them being all slippery. My baby loves taking showers with me even at 6 weeks old and these gloves work so well to make it safer and not worried about dropping him. LOVE!
