Just wanted to drop a quick review:The build is honestly really solid for the price! I was really surprised at how sturdy the build came out to be. And it was really straightforward to build. Took about 30min.For context I’m 5’10 180lbs and it hardly shook when I used it and when I did it was so slight but it did not take away from the workout. It was a bit more narrow than I expected but still very usable and I’m kinda of glad actually because it makes the dips feel a lot more fluid.Would highly recommend if you’re on a budget and looking for a power stand. Can’t really beat the price!!

For the price you pay, this is a great pull up and dip stand. It's easy to assemble, had a minor defect (see bend in picture), but works exactly as intended. You can do pull ups and dips, you can easily move it around, and get in a great workout. For what it's worth, I weigh about 150 pounds. It does shake some when you do pull ups, and I would not recommend ever trying kipping pull ups on this, but if you're doing strict form pull ups there should be no issues.

The model in the picture must be a very small person. This tower is pretty narrow, although it does extend fairly high for taller people or people with longer arms. I'm 5'10', 170lbs and this thing is pretty wobbly when I do either pullups or dips. Not so wobbly that I feel it will tip, but it doesn't give you a lot of confidence on the last few reps. I weighed mine down in the back with 4 cinder blocks across a 2x6 laid across the back legs. The unit isn't going to tip, but it sways a fair bit when you use it. Kipping is not going to happen on this, but fine for regular pullups and dips. The pushup bars on the bottom are there for structural stability more than as an aid to pushups. They're not functional for pushups unless you like your face meeting the stability bar in the back. You get what you pay for here. It works on the bare minimum of acceptability, but there are better units out there. I wish I had spent the extra $100-200 to get a more solid unit. It does what it says it will do, but if you are any bigger than I am it may not work. The instructions for assembly are not very good, but this isn't rocket science. Lay out the parts and its pretty apparent how it goes together.

This adjustable tower dip station is a fantastic addition to my home gym! The build quality is excellent, with a sturdy and durable frame that feels incredibly stable during workouts. The adjustability feature is a game-changer, allowing me to customize the height for different exercises like dips, pull-ups, and leg raises. The grips are comfortable and non-slip, ensuring a secure hold even during intense sessions. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. Overall, this dip station has significantly enhanced my workout routine, offering versatile exercises that target various muscle groups effectively. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their fitness game at home!

At around 240 lbs I'm the peak weight at which this is usable. My buddies at 280 and 340 make this thing look like it will literally collapse. For the price, it's amazing, I love having it, I appreciate it, I'm glad I bought it, I've gone from not being able to do 1 full pullup to now being up to 3.5 pullups per set, getting much better at dips, etc. It's a good deal but don't expect a piece of gym quality equipment.
