Damaged during shipment. The handle is warped and apparently not high quality. It doesn't provide any more or a grip than any of the other "soft" kettlebells, despite saying it has a grip. there's also a mystery oily substance coming out of the cracked part.. not sure what this is. Isn't packaged well at all.On the bright side, this is less than half the cost of the other one I bought!

I honestly love these kettlebells.. they’re soft and strong, so they don’t hurt my arms if I hit them. Also, I don’t need to worry about dropping them on the tile.

The handle is comfortable making it easy to use. The weight is soft so I don't worry about breaking anything if it drops. I use it for a Fitbit kettlebell class and really enjoy it.

I absolutely love this soft kettlebell! The PVC material filled with iron sand feels much safer to use around the house, especially with kids nearby, since it’s softer than a traditional kettlebell. The easy-grip handle is perfect—it feels secure and doesn’t hurt my hands even during longer workouts. It’s versatile and great for strength and cardio exercises, and I’ve found it especially helpful for beginners like me.

The sand rather than a solid makes it awkward due to shifting around inside the ball. Awkward for certain exercises because grip feels sloppy. AND WORST OF ALL 2 work outs and the handle cracked. Don't waste your money buy solid kettlebells!
