I'll give this four stars because the fan really does blow a lot of air. I'm a little concerned about the outdoor waterproofing seems pretty open. See pictures

This is up in our greenhouse. It works great to give our plants some airflow. We have the panel under clear plastic so it all stays dry. We are off grid so we love anything solar.

I wanted to come up with some sort of solar-powered attic fans and I ordered this kit thinking "what the heck". The solar cell is strong and well-made. Although the fans are somewhat small, they move enough air to hopefully exhaust some hot air in my attic. In full sun, these little fans are really moving. For those looking at a similar use, I cut boards that fit in between my attic rafters, drilled a big hole for the fan, screwed the fans to the board and used the little metal clips to attach the boards to my ridgeboard. My roof has a vent that runs the length of the roof. Assuming that attic heat makes its way down into the house, even if I drop attic temps by a few degrees should help my power bill and ac run time.

However, on cloudy days or in lower light conditions, the fans slow down significantly or stop running altogether, which is expected but still something to keep in mind. It works best in direct, strong sunlight.I feel the power output could be slightly stronger for the fan speed, especially for larger areas. That said, this is a solid, eco-friendly option for small-scale ventilation needs and a great addition for off-grid setups. If you need a reliable solar-powered ventilation solution, this is a good choice!

This product was disappointing. The solar panel did not charge the fans well. When the fans worked they put out very little air.

My likes are easy to set up. My dislikes are the huge loss of power with each fan connection. Its audibly noted as you tie each fan it the power is substantially lowered. I would have sent it back but it does produce a breeze and my hens congregated near them quickly. It’s hot hot hot! Good thing there’s no such thing as global warming! lol we’d be in trouble if that were true!

We bought these specifically for our greenhouse. They are little work horses! We are happy with their performance and look forward to using them in for a second season in 2025.The solar panel makes it energy efficient, and they were easy to install. The cords were long enough to suit placement of the solar panal outside with the fans installed inside.They are tiny, but mighty. The three fans fit in the places we needed to move air and they did a decent job. With the size of our greenhouse - 14’x16’ - they were acceptable. My hubby mention he would purchase them again

Bought this for my greenhouse. They might be smaller but they sure move the air around! Kept my green house about 10 degree cooler this summer. My husband was even impressed by them! Super easy to install.

Bon produit! Nous l'utilisons dans une serre et il fait son travail. Même par temps nuageux. Il est moins rapide mais continue de travailler à plus petite vitesse. Un peu bruyant par contre mais on s'y fait! Je recommande.

So right off the top these fans do not move a lot of air. You do have 15' of cable for each fan so you could in essence place one at either end of a 25' greenhouse to provide some air circulation, but you probably wouldn't notice it.The solar panel works fine and in full sun the fans work great, but even the slightest of shadow decreases the output drastically. If I was going to install something like this I would get a model that has the battery back up and something programable to either shut off at night or decrease power at night then run full during the day. If you have a small shed that gets musty these would work to at least provide some airflow through a confined space but again you will not be moving alot of air.I did however have them set up outside in -10 full sun for a few hours and they worked fine, so at least there is that. Overall construction and materials look fine and like I said the solar panel does put out enough power for the fans but a battery unit would be a better option for consistant fan operation.There are better options out there so make sure you take your time to assess your space and airflow requirements.
