Santa left these cool lights for our toddlers to string on their swing set they got for Christmas! These lights add so much life without having to run an electrical cord out and remembering to plug it in! Easy enough, they come on every night! It’s a WIN for us!

These lights are quite a bit brighter than I thought they would be. That's not a bad thing. They are still burning when I go to work in the mornings

Still working even in the dead of winter. Amazingly long strand of lights. Can use USB or sun to charge them.

These lights appeared to be very well made, and for the most part they are. The only exception is the remote control. It's either defective or the button batteries supplied are dead. I have two remotes because this was a 2 pack. They have the plastic battery guard thing that you have to pull out to get the battery to work. Neither of the remotes did anything. They won't turn the solar panel on/off, change the modes, or change the brightness. I tried several times. I lined up the remote with the infrared symbol on the back of the remote. I made sure I was between 3 and 5 meters, but nothing worked. The solar panels are really nice. They have a little red LED to let you know the power is on and a little green LED when the solar cell is charging. Luckily they have an on/off button and a mode button. You can toggle through the modes until you get the one you want. Unfortunately, they do NOT have any way to control the brightness without using the remote, which, as mentioned, doesn't seem to do anything. I wanted subtle fairy lights, not really bright lights. I will buy new batteries and see if that is the problem. I hope so, because they are much brighter than I wanted and that uses more of the energy available, so the lights don't stay on for as the other solar lights we have. So, if you don't care how bright the lights are, I would recommend these. If you want more subtle, "fairy lights," these might not be the best lights for you. I will buy new batteries and see if they work. If so, I'll let you know.

I’ve had the lights for a month now. Absolutely, no problems at all with these lights. They stay on all night long till dawn then shut off. My other lights are off before 4 in the morning. I’m not gonna lie I was really surprised when they lite up and stayed on for that long. I definitely wasn’t expecting that! But they are really bright and the best part is when the sun won’t charge them, you can bring the panel inside and charge with a usb cable. The solar rope lights even have a remote control, they have 8 different modes you can set. You can use these lights for all kinds of things camping swimming garden, in the winter time use for Christmas lights. I'll definitely be using mine all year around. I’ll be buying more they are worth money.

Long story short trying to wrap these around my deck the string kept developing a kink, till at one point the plastic housing snapped in half in 2 different places. I returned them for credit I did not want to go through the anguish again with a replacement set. They come coiled rather tightly so getting the string to lose it's memory is near impossible.

I wanted to decorate the small tree in my front yard, and running electrical cords were difficult. These solar lights were the perfect choice! They were easy to assemble and place around the tree, and I like the variety of blink modes.
