I bought this for my dnd group so our dm could have a fun, polite way of getting our attention when it was time to start our game night! We’re a chatty group that can wander into ADHD conversation very quickly. This bell works! One ding and we know it’s time to drop what we’re doing and pay attention. The chime is a nicer sound than a buzzer or alarm, and our friend is more comfortable using it rather than interjecting verbally. It seems to be simple but well made, pretty design, and has a nice metal weight to it. All around, very happy with this creative solution!

I was sick and tired of yelling to family that dinner was ready and having to go wherever they were in the house to let them know. It’s hard enough to prepare a nice meal just to watch it sit and get cold. So got a bell I could bang on when I get mad and frustrated calling. This one, however, doesn’t look like a hotel service bell. It’s decorative and does the job!

We had a wall redesigned with a square cut out of the middle, including a quartz countertop, to add more light between 2 rooms. We love it, but it's been missing that finishing touch for several years. When a friend saw it recently, he walked up to it and jokingly said "Hey, can I get some service here?" Went on Amazon, found this item & saw in the description that it was Don Hector/Tio Salamanca's bell from "Breaking Bad"/"Better Call Saul." Ding! Ding! Ding! It's perfectly beautiful. We added a "Please Ring Bell for Assistance" sign next to it and voila!

This bell is beautiful, well constructed and heavy. My only complaint is often when you ring it the plunger does not come back up you have to manually right it.

This solid brass reception bell arrived even more ornate and beautiful than the pictures. My guests love it; they ding it even when the desk is managed just to hear it. It is solid brass and very heavy. My staff have made up stories of hotels in the past where it adorned the walnut check-in counter, and I think they are starting to believe it themselves.
