The corners aren't the right shape to rake properly. They are too curved so you can't get the head ball or the other corner balls into the right space there is a tiny gap left open that the balls can't get snug shape and stay in place. I'm upset that I waited too long to return it. Trying to think of a craft project it might be helpful for before I throw it into the fire pit.
