My wife is from Italy and is extremely demanding of clothes, even when she knows our son will outgrow them. The local secondhand stores and our friends with younger kids are always happy to get outgrown clothes. We got the navy blue duffle coat version of this and we are blown away by the quality. The design is classic, but not too dressy either... you won't look back at photos in 20 years and wince. There are nice details that pop, like the buttons being sewed with red thread. The wool blend is really solid, like I would expect from an adult peacoat, but not too scratchy. There is enough insulation that I think this will be good down to 40 F (5 C). What a value.

I've had it for 2 years and it is still in good shape. I am ready to donate it now because my son has outgrown it but it stood the test of time. I purchased in 2023.

I was looking for a dress coat for my son, this peacoat is True to Size only thing is not as thick. I had bought a similar one from Gap, a few years back, and this is exactly how it look, but the Gap one was thicker for sure. This is on the thinner side, but with a suit jacket or sweater under not bad. Hopefully it holds up for the winter. My son is 4ft 7 years old and 50lbs I got a size 6

This coat was fine for my 5 year old boy. I ordered my son's usual size (5-6) and it fit nicely. I think he will be able to wear this coat next winter too. My son is 4 ft tall and 45lbs. I have washed it twice in the washing machine (then hang dry) and the coat has not lost its shape. The sleeves at the wrists, have a hidden sleeve like a sweatshirt cuff to keep the cold out. We like it.

So the coat is cute, soft and warm. Fits well, but the color is wrong. My son wanted a black coat to match his dad and what we got is a navy/grey plaid as opposed to black. Its still cute but hes a little disappointed he won't be matching his dad

Está hermoso el abrigo y muy calientito! lo compré para mi niño de 6 años en una talla 8 para que le dure un buen tiempo. Le quedo un poquito grande (lo esperado) pero lo pudo usar sin problema porque yo no había que dentro de las mangas trae un puño como los de las chamarras que impide que la manga le tape la mano y además evita que entre el viento por allí. Me pareció una gran solución. Se siente mas grueso que mis abrigos y mi niño se siente muy cómodo con el.
