These lights definitely soak in the sun well, and the abundance of the pack means that even a large yard can have good points of light. My only issue is how dim the lights are on when on the basic white glow. It is ideal for finding your step, but there is very little light put off.

We have a floating dock on a lake. Thought it would be cool to have lights on it so you could see the dock from the other side, fog, etc.Came across these light pucks from SOLPEX. They looked like what we were looking for so gave them a shot.The on/off switch is water proof and under the puck. If you secure it on something with included screws. or any other means, you won't be able to get to the switch. Keep that in mind. You want to ensure it's on first.They did come with some charge to them so was able to go through the color options. I'll say, they are bright. And there are a LOT of options. The good part is there switch to move between them is on top. Easy to change on a whim.Before writing this review, wanted to ensure they would charge in various sun level conditions. Bright sun, no brainer, but what about after days of clouds? Then, how about the length of time they stay lit?Can say after a few weeks, these lights do really well. Still surprised at how bright they are. I choose to use red and green (port / starboard) for my dock. But there may be times when I may go white. Especially flashing white. Bet that could drive some people nuts LOL. As for time - they stay lit until the sun comes up. And this is during the winter when the sun is low in the sky and nights are long.If you are looking for some dock lights, or lights to go along your sidewalk, driveway, whatever you may need at night, these will last dusk to dawn (except for maybe places like Alaska where night may last days). They appear to be put together well and will last through all kinds of weather. Even snow!

Out of all the solar driveway lights I’ve tried (and tons replaced), this style of them is absolutely the best, most durable and long lasting kind you can get. Period.The design gives it enough surface to charge well, while providing incredible strength, allowing them to easily survive being ran over multiple times which happens a lot in our driveway for some reason! (Seems like delivery trucks just love to run over our lights lol)I ordered the silver variation which looked a little like plastic at first, and so I was worried they weren’t metal, so I took one apart to check if it was metal like our black ones are and I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only is the frame definitely 100% metal (fairly thick aluminum), but also discovered these are for sure the highest quality solar lights, most well made and durable ones you can get of any I’ve seen!The solar panel is fully protected by thick plastic, the metal body frame provides strong protection from almost everything, the power switch is fully protected by a silicone waterproof membrane, and the best surprise of all is there is a very thick, high quality, waterproof bead of silicone rubber sealing the entire inner electronics and battery compartment!It rains a ton here and moisture has killed SO many of our solar products, I cannot express how important and helpful these extra protective features add to the solar lights durability and long lasting use.These also have a recessed button to switch between standard light and lots of RGB colors , or even fade between all of them. They look awesome and add a lot of cool and helpful appearance to our driveway!I love that we can change the colors to match the season, and so far after month of use we haven’t had any issues with these whatsoever! I highly, highly, recommend them!

Product arrived in a timely manner & was well packaged with no damage - had all the parts/pieces and instructions. I have used other driveway LED Solar Lights and they are either not bright enough, only are white lights, or last a few months and stop staying lit after a couple of hours at night. I have been impressed with these LED Solar Lights so far - they are very bright at night, I like that I can have them on solid different colors or let them cycle through the colors, they are sturdy (have accidently run over them with the car with no damage), they last most of the night (have gotten up before the sunrise & they are still on), & easy to install/set-up. I would recommend these LED Solar Lights - I am hoping they last a long time.

I installed these to provide a splash of color and lighting at the edges of a gravel courtyard, and they are set and forget.Like all solar lights, they will not stay lit all night, particularly in the winter-time, but they are fun for those dark afternoons and early evening when you are still outside and not safely tucked away inside away from the cold. I'm sure it's different in warmer and sunnier climates, but that's not the lights' fault.These lights are durable, work well, and can be set to specific colors or to special effects (which I honestly never use). They are survived very cold weather and heavy rain without issue. I just need to remember to clear them and be careful with them around snow removal!! Best when bolted down, but I've just laid them in flat spots without issue.Solid, fun lights. Great for my needs!
