What I like most is how easy it is to use, to get the spray exactly where you need it. I live in Idaho, so I have to have a warm water hook-up. It's still easy to install and does a great job. The way that you can adjust the strength of the spray is awesome. It's really worth the price.

If you live in the south, you know a thing or two about swamp butt. This takes care of that with a very refreshing wash. It's easy to use. No crazy button and twisting your wrist to reach those steamy places. It's weighted but not too heavy. I leave the valve turned on so it's always ready. Had it for 2 years now with no leaks and constant use. Loved it so much I bought one to go on my other toilet... for all my guests with sweaty cheeks! Yall need this one.

It was a little tricky to install hence the 4 stars but once installed works well and feels very substantial. I am happy with it and I am praying that it lasts. I recommend this product.

I was looking for a good handheld bidet and this one always place second behind the top of the line rinse works model. The main difference is it doesn't have replaceable head attachments and the tap was finicky to operate on the previous model. Well uses a similar tap as the rinse works model that's easy to control. Replaceable head attachments is a non issue because it's already a good length. It's also much cheaper and uses the same sturdy all metal design. The wall bracket it not metal but it should be fine as it's not heavily loaded in any way. Everything else is standard and good quality.

Super quality and strong, shockingly heavy for how small it is. I love it, and it does fit a standard toilet. My toilet is one of the newer ones that is high efficiency toilets that use less water. I'm not sure if the ones that are NOT is considered a standard toilet or not. I think they are also. The problem I find is that it is heavy and it doesn't sit well at all in the older. Wall mount would be best. On the toilet, or on a stainless steel towel rack beside the toilet it can hand just as the toilet fits the same. They should supply a holder that has heavy thick attached sponge that would keep the holder upright against the toilet and not hang down with the weight of the bidet sprayer is super top heavy and hangs down a few inches away from the toilet, and not upright. Even with me putting sponge behind it doesn't help much, but better if I like the hanger that goes over into the tank with sponge. Though the soft sponge is not strong enough to keep it upright good enough. PLEASE FIX THIS SONTIY, BUILD A BETTER HANGER FOR IT. The only other option is you have to mount it to the all to be happy with it after each use.

I was thinking about returning it because I felt insecure about my skills and cause water leaking. Then I realized my shower head bath cord is pretty close and long enough to reach the toilet. I just twist and change the shower head 20 seconds later boom I got a bidet!! I am soooooooo happy and its been week of using it and I am more than satisfied!! Nice and sleek and useful. Get it now and safe so much toilet paper!! Thank you for this invention!
