The Sony recordable DVDs are the best DVDs i have ever used. They record really fast, and work great. I burned lots of movies to these discs and haven't had any problems. They are very reliable and the price is good also.

Two hours of recording with one disc is very important as it is just right. The packaging is excellent as it keeps the disc in place prevents from scratches or damage.

Use these blank DVDs to record videos digitized from old family movies and then edited by me, and they never fail to deliver. A good value too.

I usually just buy whatever blank DVDs are the best deal - I'm not picky about the brand as I haven't had too many duds. No exception here, every disc worked great!

Only "1x -16x" DVD-R disks work in my decades-old recorder--it requires the low range. Only Sony seems to still make such disks. My recorder rejects about 1 in 20 of these disks, saying "self-check." The rest work fine.
