I have been using this type tape for 7-8 years and have had very good results in my Sony Z-1 camera. I use the tape to produce our TV show, American RVer (www.americanrver.com). The tape is in many environments and it holds up well. Price was good too.

This tape works well for the type of recording system we have, even if it is older technology than is in current use today. It records clearly and with good sound that downloads well to a radio program.

Came in on time and went right to work, recording and playing back with accuracy. It's magnetic recording tape, the prelude to rocket science, not a Revelation from the mystic Universe. (Didn't get the pretty six-pack though, instead a box of 5 +1 loose. The Swedish Judge is to blame for the low score in Presentation, being indignant about the low 'make up' of the shipment. Swedes, they're cold. :)

I know most people no longer use these, but I still have a video camera and the quality of these tapes are steller.It's said that it's best to use one brand because it's easier on your camera. After initially using Panasonic, I just felt like Sony tapes were slightly better. Very clean and crisp picture with great color recreationHold on to your cherished memories with these DVCs!

Great price for great tape. I try NOT to reuse my tapes but keep them as master tapes. I immediately make backups to DVD and now Blue Ray disc back ups. Magnetic tapes are only supposed to have a storage life of 20+ years whereas quality DVDs and Blue Rays are supposed to last 50-100 years but I will be long gone by then. These tapes allow me to keep using my Canon XL-H1 to take great videos!

This was not as described. The packaging was different and I expected something else because I ordered something else. The cassettes I received are orange packages.
