I just recently brought a house near Pacoima, and it frequently gets fairly hot there. The AC will short-circuit, the cold water gets lukewarm at best, and the neighbors kids will break in and steal all the ice cubes. So I was in a rut, but in a moment of clarity, the problem was the ergonomics of my home! It was made of a hybrid of wood and pig metal, all it did was it kept the heat inside my house. So I combat this, at the advice of my close adviser to replace large sections of my house by stacking up these tapes as their plastic hard cover and polystyrene case makes it the perfect fit for my home needs. I'm almost 3/4, and $400,000 down the hole, but it's definitely worth it. 10 / 10

The nice thing is that the color is not the same as the LTO5 tapes so it isn't confused as a data cartridge. It doesn't come with a bar code label so you will need to get that too - if your unit uses bar codes. Other than that it does what it is supposed to though I don't know why they are so expensive - not much to them.

it works, arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Works in my Dell PowerVault LTO 3 drive. No complaints. Should last me another 5 years like the last one... I hope.When they do go out...there's no warning, so its good to have a spare on hand. By that time, I might move to an LTO 4 or 5 drive!

I ordered two for my autochanger library. Which needs barcodes. So I chose these because they state "bar code labelled". No, there is no barcode label. Sigh.
